Operating in the exciting and always changing High End Fashion Technology Sector, Ciaran McCormack is a young and dynamic CEO leading a team of over 250 staff across over 20 locations across the UK & Ireland. At Compu b he has overseen a rapid growth phase that has made it one of the largest Apple Premium Resellers in the UK & Ireland. Since his appointment in August 2015, he has delivered an increase in revenues of over 150% and an increase in employment by 40%. Ciaran also holds the same CEO position in sister company NuCONNECT since April 1st 2017, which operates seven Bang & Olufsen stores in prime London locations in addition to a Corporate department specialisng in delivering Connected Office and Enterprise Solutions based around the Bang & Olufsen and Apple eco system. Ciaran believes strongly in collaboration and surrounding himself with people who add value to the company both in a business and interpersonal sense. He has put a vastly experienced leadership team in place, whose collective industry experience and ability to retain and develop key staff, has been vital in driving and sustaining the rapid growth of the organisation. Prior to joining Compu b, Ciaran held the role of Channel Manager for Apple, an appointment that came about as a direct result of his 9-year career as one of Ireland’s leading Professional Development Consultants, Retail Sales Trainers and Digital Content Creators. During this time Ciaran had responsibility for the growth of Apple’s Corporate, Retail (Apple Premium Reseller), Business to Business and Public Sector segments.
Don Joined B.ICONIC group in 2019 to head up Blink 24 Distribution business which was established to bring a true boutique distribution offering to the market. Don joins with extensive industry experience having previously being Sales Director within TNS Distribution and managed business units across UK and also eCommerce business in JAPAC region. Don is a huge believer in the importance of staying true to values and the importance of partnerships in the distribution network. Having seen changes in the industry in the past number of years Don is tasked with the day to day operational management of Blink 24 as well as the strategic planning for future growth of the business. With this in mind, Don is joined by a dynamic team of key people who are mindful every day of the values of Blink 24 and delivering success for Blink 24 retail partners. In his spare time, Don is a keen Gaelic football player and enjoys baking.
Kendra has over 14 years’ experience in marketing. Prior to her current role with B.ICONIC, she was responsible for the strategic marketing management of a portfolio of retail and distribution brands including Pandora, Parfois, Hugo Boss and Tommy Hilfiger watches.
Kendra holds a BSc. Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations and Event Management from Fitzwilliam Institute. She lives in Kildare with her husband and two children and one crazy dog. In her spare time, Kendra enjoys Gaelic football and has recently taken up running.
Maz joined B.ICONIC in 2011 and has played an integral part in the growth of the finance team. He was appointed Head of Finance in 2016 helping to guide the company through an extreme growth period. This now includes Blink 24. Maz is a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
In his spare time, Maz loves to travel and is lover of football and cricket.
Enda joined B.ICONIC as Group Operations Manager in September 2017. Having spent 13 years with RPM Sports, and previously working both on IT consultancy and development projects across a wide range of industries, Enda brings with him extensive experience in international business, stock, finance, logistics and purchasing operations.
Enda has a background in retail distribution, warehouse management and international logistics having managed businesses across Ireland, UK, South Africa and Australia as well as being involved in inventory forecasting for retail, warehouse and manufacturing operations. A key focus for Enda is operating with an agile mindset focussing on flexibility and adaptability in all operational functions to ensure a successful outcome – every time. In his spare time, Enda is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys live music.
Bryan joined Blink 24 with over 20 years’ experience within the CE industry having previously held positions such as Country Director for Harman international and worked with all major high street retailers creating product/brand ambassadors that you see on the shelf today. Bryan is the GoPro Brand Manager within Blink 24 having worked with GoPro for the past 4 years to ensure the brand is sold within a selective distribution structure that covers a wide range of retailers in the CE, Outdoor and Motor industry as well as Public sector and Media.Bryan’s passion is working with GoPro partners to drive business and growth across the UK and Ireland to achieve both retailers and brand expectations. In his spare time, Bryan is an avid skier.
Amy joined Blink 24 in June 2019 as Customer Services/Sales Support and has 15 years experience working in Mobile, Technology & Accessories Distribution for the Retail market.
Having previously sold brands from Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Lenovo, Epson and many more to a substantial and successful channel. She is the first point of contact for all customer queries. Amy is also responsible for ensuring all sales orders are processed, followed through to despatch & are invoiced, and she ensures our customers expectations are met in a timely and efficient manner. She is driven to provide excellent service to Blink 24 customers. In her spare time, Amy likes to practice pilates on a regular basis.
Sadhbh joined Blink 24 in September 2019 as Purchasing and inventory administrator. Sadhbh has over five year’s experience in a purchasing role where her expertise include forecasting/trend analysis, inventory management, sales analysis and product planning for several brands. Prior to her current role she managed stock across brands such as Pandora, Alex & Ani and luxury watch brands.
Sadhbh studied Retail & Services Management in DIT and has since went to on to study Fashion Buying & Merchandising in Portobello. She is currently undertaking her Masters in Management of Operations part-time in DCU to further develop her skills set and add long term value to her career. In her spare time, Sadhbh is a keen travel photographer.
Chloe joined Blink 24 in January 2019 as a marketing executive. Chloe has over 4 years experience in content creation and digital marketing where she created SEO targeted articles and managed social channels for online publications such as Media Officials.
Chloe studied English, Media and Cultural Studies in the Institute of Art, Design and Technology and has recently completed a certificate in Digital Strategy and Marketing in Griffith College. In her spare time, Chloe enjoys skateboarding and Jiu Jitsu.
